The class is an opportunity to continue or start boosting your fitness to the next level. In this class we will be focusing on improving Muscle Strength, Core Stability (mainly abs) and Power. The class is going to be great fun; you can sing along with the tracks while climbing. It is for all levels and an opportunity to take your fitness to the next level. 

* Due to the high demand of our themed classes, cancellation should be made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid forfeiting a credit.
