I have been doing Indoor Cycling classes now for more than 20 years, cycling my entire life and professionally instructing Indoor Cycling for more than 10 years. It is really amazing that after all these years the great feeling and the happiness I feel in each and every class hasn’t changed at all! No matter what happened that day, every time I sit on the bike everything changes.
Before I started to instruct Indoor Cycling, I wrote the idea of creating a business of Indoor Cycling studios that simply brings every aspect of Indoor Cycling to its best. In 2014, it came into fruition and I founded Sprinnt. I always had the passion for creating this business but the trigger that drove it from a wish to a reality is the amazing feedback and appreciation I’ve been receiving from hundreds of clients in each and every class which is literally over 3,000 classes.
My entire life I’ve been passionate about fitness and health therefore it is branded in my lifestyle, family and business. I enjoy sharing my passion to educate and inspire people to live a holistic healthy, fit and fun lifestyle. I pride myself to be at the front and set an example, inspire and always preach only what I practice best.
My classes totally reflect my passion, personality and background; whatever level you start with, I always inspire you to efficiently, effectively and safely improve your fitness level and achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals. All class members have fun, whilst being exposed to beautiful world music from different exotic cultures with great rhythms as well as being taken back to our best past memories. We go on a journey as we ride along flat roads, climb hills, ‘Sprinnt’ and while we are working hard we enjoy every second. We all feel completely different after each and every class and look forward to the next one.
I’ve been privileged to have and maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle, have my amazing loving family around me, develop a successful 25 years business career and lead businesses as CEO, Global Vice President, Director of Operation and develop successful businesses in Australia and globally, coach and consult to many small to large organisations, help them to improve their leadership and business performance. I hold a B.A. degree in Human Sciences—Major: Psychology and Education and I am a Qualified Cycling Instructor and Master Personal Trainer.
Over the last 10 years I have developed my passion for fitness into a successful and thriving career in the Fitness industry. My focus is on being a catalyst or initiator for change, challenging clients, family and friends to become the fittest, strongest and healthiest they can be.
It is only natural that my love for Spinning and cycling has developed into a new career with Sprinnt. When you train and learn from the best and those that share your passion, you can move mountains and achieve greatness. That is why I have taken on a new challenge in my life to train and work with Yossi and Sprinnt.
My personal philosophy in family, life and career is simple. Challenge yourself to improve, develop and evolve. But most of all to enjoy everything you do. I am fortunate to have established a career that satisfies all of that and more on a daily basis and now I look forward to sharing that with the clients of Sprinnt.
As a Sprinnt instructor my aim is to encourage participants to challenge themselves to work a little harder, push a little further and leave each and every class with a sense of achievement. From the beginner to advanced participant my classes promise to be welcoming and challenging. Here at Sprinnt you are your only competition, and I will help you conquer your doubts and give more than you would have thought possible.
Here’s the good bit, no matter how exhausted you feel at the end of the class you will want to come back and go further, harder and faster.
I am a certified Cycling Instructor, Master Trainer and a Fitness Strength and Conditioning Coach
I look forward to seeing you at Sprinnt and being a part of your journey to be the best you possible.
I am a member of the Australian Elite Paratriathlon team. I am currently ranked number 2 in the world in my class, and won a silver medal in the 2015 World Paratriathlon Championships in the USA. I have raced short course Triathlon through to Ironman, raced 5km to Marathon distance running, and rode 3,600km from Perth to Melbourne in 60 days for charity!
In 2013, while on a cycling trip in Adelaide I was knocked off my bike. After initially receiving treatment for cuts and bruises, I found myself in the Royal Adelaide Hospital with a rare and aggressive bacteria commonly known as flesh eating disease. I had probably picked up this bacteria from the road at the site of my accident. It was a one in a million chance. The flesh eating bacteria is not curable. It is life threatening if not treated immediately. When I arrived at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the infection advanced and I was not expected to survive. The only option was the radical surgery to remove infected parts and attempt to stay ahead of the bacteria. In my case it was a forequarter arm amputation, which involved the removal of my arm and entire shoulder. The bacteria weakened my body to the point where I was in multiple organ failure. I spent a week on life support, endured 11 operations, and spent nearly 3 months in hospital before I was strong enough to return home to Melbourne. The medical staff told me it was a miracle I had survived. They also told me one very important piece of information – I survived because I was very fit.
Two years later, I am proud to be an athlete representing Australia in the Elite Paratriathlon and winning a silver medal, and am equally proud to be a member of the SPRINNT team as a SPRINNT Spinning Instructor inspiring people to achieve their health and fitness objectives. I hold a Certificate IV in Fitness and am a Level 1 Boxing Instructor.
I cannot thank Yossi and the SPRINNT team enough for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to share my love of cycling. I look forward to seeing you on the bike!
I am passionate about sports, fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’ve been living a healthy lifestyle and for me it reflects discipline, perseverance, dedication and most of all a motivation to keep an optimal state of mental and physical health. Happiness is the main focus of my life and I hope to inspire the members at Sprinnt and get them to improve their fitness with a big smile.
As a Zumba and Fitness Instructor, I’ve been able to learn that music is a fundamental element in any kind of training. My classes reflect my personality and my Latin background, I am excited to share that with the Sprinnt family and community.
I have a Bachelor’s of Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, and a Master’s of Education. I have experience in different aspects of sport and physical education, recreation and sports with children, teenagers and adults. I was involved in Football, Futsal, Gymnastics, Volleyball and Swimming. Also, I am experienced as an elite athlete in Football, with the Millonarios team for 7 years as well as a gymnast for the Fox team and Swimmer for the University Libre for 3 years.
Spinning has been a part of my life since the age of 12. I have been involved in the creation of Sprinnt’s vision and culture since day one and watching it grow and inspire more and more people to become fitter and happier has been a gift. I am proud to be a part of a community that supports people in achieving their goals in an innovative and unique way and believe that the values that Sprinnt upholds: Fitness, Health, Friends and Family reflect my own core beliefs.
I have learnt so much from being involved with Sprinnt over the years and know that it is in my blood to instruct and motivate people to reach their fullest fitness potential! I grew up in a very active household which instilled the importance of health and fitness in me which I aim to spread.
My classes are diverse and exciting, there is not a single song that goes into them that I wouldn’t be thrilled to get up and dance to. The classes are designed holistically and aim to motivate and inspire those taking them, covering the full scope that spinning has to offer. It is important to me that every person in my class feels safe and excited, safe because they understand the technique required and excited because the class is engaging, motivating and varied.
I am currently studying a Bachelor's of Law/Commerce at Monash University and thus instructing at Sprinnt allows me to maintain a balanced life.
